Job Summary
Operate the machine, including start-up, changeover, shutdown, and daily operation. Monitor for defects, identify and correct problems, and notify personnel of operational issues. Use the computer to enter valid information and print roll labels. Perform routine quality testing and maintain a clean, orderly work area while following safety procedures. The role requires reading and writing skills, basic math, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 12 hours. Hands-on training is provided for new hires. The position offers a 2-2-3 schedule with a base pay of $19.50 hourly plus shift premiums.
