Job Summary
Operate various simple machine tools (cross hole drill, drill press, laser machine) to produce quality products. Set up and adjust equipment, read operation layouts and blueprints, maintain a clean and safe work area, perform minor maintenance, and report discrepancies. Maintain quality of work and work under minimal supervision, with ability to use precision measuring equipment. Role supports a 3rd shift schedule (11:00pm–7:00am) in Sioux Falls, SD, and requires legal authorization to work in the United States. Training and safety practices emphasized; opportunity for career growth within Graco.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal computer skills
- Prior machine tool operation skills
- Ability to set-up and operate assigned equipment
- Ability to perform various operations under minimum supervision, while maintaining required levels of quality and quantity
- Demonstrated skill and ability to use precision measuring equipment
- Knowledge of Graco safety rules and practices
- Ability to stand/sit/walk, for up to eight hours per day
- Frequent, repetitive elbow movements
- Reaching, grasping, gripping and fine manipulation with hands is required
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
