Job Summary
Safely operate machinery with efficiency and quality control, including machine setup, operation, changeovers, and troubleshooting to detect defects or malfunctions; maintain GMP standards; perform SOPs; cross-train on equipment; maintain accurate documentation and material flow; adhere to safety rules and company policy; ensure attendance and report food safety/quality issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior machine operation preferred
- Ability to wear PPE (bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, beard net if applicable, Kevlar gloves, safety glasses, leather, skid resistant shoes/boots)
- Forklift experience (for applicable work areas)
- Lock out/tag out certified
- Continuous improvement and team-oriented mindset
