ELASTOMER GRINDING OPERATOR at 3M Hebron, KY. Responsible for collaborating with the production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives; executing manufacturing processes to support product quality and continuous improvement; developing technical knowledge and providing training/mentoring as experience grows; participating in troubleshooting to support production and engineering goals; identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing ideas through continuous improvement and employee suggestion programs; following work instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
