Job Summary
Operate card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards, confirm work receipt, and formulate priority decisions while exceeding output and quality standards. Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per instructions, conduct independent quality inspections, and identify production problems by recommending corrective actions. Maintain a clean workstation, order supplies, and ensure compliance with all security and production policies. Work Monday-Friday from 2:55pm to 10:55pm in a high-paced, modern facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive - but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities
- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Required to be standing and operating a machine 6+ hours a day
- Monday-Friday 2:55pm - 10:55pm

Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in mechanical ability
- 1-3 years' experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Intermediate computer skills
