Job Summary
Execute work orders to manipulate, cut, and form raw materials while adhering to Triple-S safe methods. Safely operate assigned tools and equipment including CNC burning tables, band saws, and overhead cranes. Maintain spatial awareness in an indoor and outdoor environment with moving objects and varying weather conditions. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances up to 20 feet while wearing required personal protective equipment. Attend company meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to correctly read and understand work orders and/or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
- Ability to effectively use basic computer applications.
- Demonstrate intermediate math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Ability to safely meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company.
- Ability to effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision, work alone and in a team environment.
- Develop a good working knowledge of material and inventory control techniques and procedures.
- Ability to maintain ongoing inter-department communications related to routing, safety, and customer relations.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
