Job Summary
Operate and monitor production machinery, performing routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and quality, while inspecting finished products and documenting production results. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate them when necessary. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is a 2nd shift role in Danielson.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
