Job Summary
Operate various machines within the production process to ensure continuous output at high quality levels with minimal waste. Perform pre-operation activities, set up equipment, and execute operational procedures to produce parts according to the production schedule. Conduct in-process inspections of parts and molds for visual standards, color, surface blemishes, and dimensions. Report maintenance needs for damaged tools or equipment to the Lead. Maintain the work cell to 5-S standards and keep safety zones clear. Monitor Key Performance Indicators for safety, quality, efficiency, and service. Collaborate with team members and support staff to sustain production rates. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly
- Close visual acuity
- Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, crawl, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in inside and outside environmental conditions including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

- Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment
