Job Summary

Machine Operator for 2nd shift in Delavan, WI, operating in the part washer and balancer areas to process cast iron, bronze, and stainless-steel parts. Responsibilities include washing castings, loading/unloading, transporting materials, dynamically balancing impellers on Hines Balancers, generating work orders/receipts, performing in-process quality checks, and supporting additional duties as needed. Must have a high school diploma, basic machine operation skills, and comfort with ERP systems (SAP/S‐4 Hana) and MS Office; forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus. Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and quality plans, work in a team, and handle physical tasks (standing, walking, twisting, lifting up to 40 lbs). Second-shift hours are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with overtime as needed; compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus 8% shift differential, with potential rate increases after training. Required Qualifications
