Job Summary
Set up and operate machinery in accordance with production requirements and safety guidelines. Monitor equipment during operation to ensure efficiency and quality of production. Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines. Conduct quality inspections of finished products and document findings. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and troubleshoot any issues. Work the 2nd shift from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of machine operation, setup, and maintenance is essential
- Ability to understand technical specifications, blueprints, and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours and adjust to changing production priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred
