Machine Operator -2nd Shift

Operate assigned manufacturing equipment and workstations in accordance with established work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements. Load raw materials, components, and workpieces into machines or fixtures as required. Monitor machine operation and product flow to ensure efficient production and adherence to established cycle times and output targets. Conduct visual inspections of parts and assemblies to verify conformance with quality standards and work instructions. Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, material shortages, or other production concerns to the supervisor. Complete required production documentation and transactions within ERP or manufacturing systems to maintain accurate production and inventory records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through daily 6S/housekeeping activities. Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, quality personnel, and other departments to achieve operational objectives. Perform other duties as assigned.
