Job Summary
Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to manufacture high-quality dental instruments while adhering to safety protocols and Good Documentation Practices. Monitor product quality, maintain lean practices at the workstation, and perform minor troubleshooting on equipment. Control machine settings and tooling for production cycles, read work instructions and drawings, and maintain activity logs. Meet established run rates and standards, communicating with leadership regarding unsafe conditions or quality issues. Work the 2nd shift (2:45pm–11:15pm) Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and ability interpret and follow written instructions
- Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to read and interpret work instruction documents
- Must be able to use measuring instruments. Ex. Tape Measure
- Must have strong ability to learn new processes and techniques
- 2:45pm - 11:15pm, Monday - Friday
