Job Summary
Machine Operator for 2nd shift at Forte Opening Solutions. Reads and interprets work orders and machining sheets to configure doors; operates machines safely, performs maintenance as needed, follows quality control guidelines, and communicates discrepancies to the Shop Supervisor. Demonstrates competent, certified operation of each machine, maintains organization and safety on the shop floor, and completes daily work orders. Physical requirements include lifting up to 60+ lbs, pushing/pulling, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and frequent movement as part of shift production. Emphasizes efficiency, safety, and teamwork to maximize production while ensuring quality.
