Job Summary
Machine Operator on 2nd shift (3:30 pm–12:00 am, Monday–Friday) responsible for setting up and operating heavy machinery and related gauges to perform cutting, punching, forming, blocking, and processing operations. Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and other technical data to select correct raw materials or semifinished parts; maintains quality through production techniques and continuous improvement practices; performs routine preventive maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication; attaches identification tags and records part numbers or order numbers. Requires High School Diploma or GED, some manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and physical stamina (standing, bending, prolonged time on feet) in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving parts and high noise levels. Location-specific duties include Dayton, OH and Tipp City, OH with in-person work arrangements.
