Job Summary
Load and replenish raw materials onto feed reels for lamination equipment, assist with machine setup and changeovers, and make adjustments to maintain uniform resin thickness. Monitor material flow to ensure continuous feeding, conduct visual inspections of materials and finished products to identify defects, and record production information while notifying supervisors of equipment or quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Work the 2nd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to learn production equipment operation
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment
