Job Summary
Machine Operator for Salad Dressing packaging on 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). Responsible for operating and performing quality checks on packaging equipment (fillers, metal detectors, bottle/box coders), clearing jams safely, assisting with changeovers, maintaining accurate production and quality records, ensuring correct code dates and weights, following safety/quality standards, and collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime. Role requires teamwork, adherence to FIFO, sanitation and housekeeping duties, and participation in continuous improvement efforts. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills; ability to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
