Job Summary
Operate and change over designated machinery in the assigned area to meet quality and production standards. Functions include performing changeovers, cleaning, lubrication, paperwork, and 5S housekeeping; train and assist other associates as needed; actively participate in TPM teams; ensure HACCP and military sheets are filled correctly; maintain safety and drive continuous improvement per Mars Five Principles; communicate effectively with team leader and peers; support a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing area. Key skills include PLC/HMI experience, lean manufacturing, problem solving, and strong teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Grade 12 or High School diploma, or equivalent
- Preferred: Associates degree, or higher, in an engineering or manufacturing related discipline
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a food related manufacturing environment with automated processes, including PLC/HMI
