Job Summary
Operate production machinery including CNC machines, drills, grinders, forklifts, and burners to manufacture high-quality steel parts accurately and safely. Set up, run, and monitor equipment to meet production targets while reading blueprints and technical specifications to ensure parts meet required dimensions and tolerances. Monitor quality control processes, document exceptions, and address issues to maintain low defect rates and adhere to safety protocols. Collaborate with shop employees and report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure smooth operations. Demonstrate commitment to zero harm behaviors and safety culture. Requires high school diploma or GED, strong work history, and blueprint interpretation skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
