Job Summary
Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met while following work instructions and completing necessary paperwork. Perform essential functions within safety guidelines, including involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives, and maintain a neat work area using 5S requirements. This role requires working 8+ hours per day standing and lifting up to 35 lbs, with a schedule of the 2nd (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am) shift. No Sunday work is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
- Willing and able to work overtime
- Able to lift 35 lbs
- Ability to work 2nd (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am) shift
- Self directed
- Takes initiative
- Possess good time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Effective communication
- Attention to detail
- Proven attendance and quality track record
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day
- Lifting up to 35lbs
- Limited bending and stooping
- Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product
- All employees must wear approved safety glasses
