Job Summary
Load, start up, and operate molding, semi-automatic, automatic, and manual assembly machines while performing color changes and material handling. Monitor auxiliary equipment, conduct visual and functional quality inspections, and perform gaging to ensure products meet dimensional standards. Shut down machines if necessary, maintain accurate documentation, and correctly label and palletize finished goods. Communicate with shifts to achieve production requirements and immediately report machine or quality issues to the supervisor. Adhere to all safety policies and ISO 9001, OSHA, and IATF 16949 procedures. Requires high school diploma, basic math skills, and ability to stand, walk, and lift 55 lbs. for a full shift. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in Manufacturing
- Basic math skills and reasoning ability
- Must be able to stand / walk for a full manufacturing shift
- Able to lift to 55 lbs. occasionally, with or without assistance
- Team player with good attitude and strong work ethic
- Good Communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
