Job Summary
Operate assembly line equipment and perform manufacturing tasks during 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am shifts, with mandatory overtime consistent across all rotations. Maintain safety standards by wearing steel-toed shoes and long pants while passing drug tests and background checks. Prioritize great attendance and attitude to qualify for attendance, referral, and retention bonuses after the contract period. Full-time employment offers health, dental, and vision insurance after three months, with a starting pay of $20.50/hr including shift premiums for second and third shifts. Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred for long-term growth within the organization.
