Job Summary
Operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customers’ specifications; perform quality inspections on own work; maintain and adjust equipment; identify potential production and quality problems and recommend remedial, corrective or contingency action; work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily/monthly goals; adhere to security and production policies and procedures; maintain a clean and orderly work area; meet production output and quality standards; possess basic computer skills; demonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities; communicate effectively in written and verbal form; participate in required training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive – but able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
