Job Summary
Machine Operator on 1st shift responsible for operating card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards per customer specs; perform quality inspections, assist with maintenance, ensure compliance with security/policies, and work to meet production and quality targets in a high-paced on-site environment. Requires basic computer and math skills, clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work with technicians and supervisors; minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior mechanical or safety/maintenance experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret various instructions
- Prior experience (1-3 years) in mechanical areas or safety/maintenance preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in mechanical ability
- 1-3 years’ experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions
