Job Summary
Operate, adjust, and maintain assigned machinery to specifications per customer work orders; perform routine maintenance and safety checks; visually inspect product quality during runs; coordinate with the production team to prioritize and reorganize workflows to meet deadlines; maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety requirements; 1st shift hours are 6:00am–2:30pm; compensation includes base hourly rate with eligibility for company-wide benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to set adjust machinery to required tolerances
- High degree of mechanical ability
- Basic math skills & ability to read measurements with a ruler
- Good reading ability
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Lift/push/pull/carry up to 25+ pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year experience in production or as an equipment operator
- Excellent reading and math skills
- Ability to read measurements with a ruler
- Good color discernment (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment (preferred)
