Job Summary
Machine Operator on 1st Shift responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. Duties include loading programs, reading work orders and blueprints, operating clippers and rotary trimmers, inspecting products with precision measuring tools, performing basic preventive maintenance, maintaining production records, and supporting new employee training. Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, adhering to safety procedures, and contributing to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement are available; compensation for 1st Shift ranges from $21–$30 per hour with premiums and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Machining experience required
- Read and follow work orders, instructions, and blueprints
- Basic math, measuring, and computer skills
