Job Summary
Operate press equipment to produce and package a finished quality product, following standard operation manuals and instructions from the Quality Department. Be prepared with required materials at shift start, perform trim and secondary operations, complete production reports, ensure proper identification and packaging, identify scrap and manage grinders, and communicate issues to break/next shift. Maintain a clean, safe work area, adhere to safety procedures, and contribute ideas to improve part quality and production rates.
