Job Summary
Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients into compounds, verify ingredients prior to mixing, load ingredients into the mixing tank, adjust machine valves to achieve desired blend, unload product into totes or bulk tanks, and maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment. Adhere to procedures, read and interpret safety instructions, and communicate issues to supervision. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work 6:30am–3:00pm with overtime as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to lift 50 pounds 100-200 times per shift
- Stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift
- Able to perform essential duties with safety and accuracy
