Job Summary
Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor directions to achieve desired manufacturing outcomes. Install machine fixtures by aligning and securing dies, punches, and blades for safe operation. Set up and operate lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines per specifications. Monitor production to ensure correct machine function and product quality, performing inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances. Adhere to safety protocols, wear PPE, and use a crane or buddy system for heavy parts while maintaining a clean work area. Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- average math skills
- ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English
- ability to complete simple logs and reports in English
- physically able to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components
- ability to work scheduled hours

- ability to consistently stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
