Job Summary
Machine Operator – 1st Shift at United Direct Solutions in Cincinnati, OH. Responsible for safely and efficiently operating mailing equipment, setting up equipment per job tickets, and performing quality checks to ensure product conforms to standards. Maintains organized workspace, retrieves supplies, inspects equipment for defects, and participates in meetings and continuous improvement events. Reports to Production Supervisor. Requires high school diploma or GED and mechanical aptitude; one year of mail equipment experience preferred. Shift typically Monday–Friday with overtime; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more. Salary starts at $20/hour (annualized starting at $41,600).
