Job Summary
Entry level Machine Operator on 1st Shift responsible for loading/removing parts from multiple machines (including CNC machining centers, spade machines, reamers, rotary index machines, grinding machines) and assembling components to produce parts. Perform visual quality inspections, remove flashing with grinding equipment, maintain a safe/clean work environment, and document actions on production and quality forms. Collaborate with others to complete related tasks and work overtime as needed. 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 am–5:00 pm (4x10s) with occasional overtime; location: High Ridge, MO; company offers competitive benefits and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand very long shifts
- Must be 18+
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate small handheld tools
