Job Summary
Machine Operator I responsible for setting up and operating heavy machinery to perform cutting, punching, forming, blocking, and processing operations. Requires ability to read blueprints/specifications, interpret technical data, operate computerized and material-handling equipment, and perform routine preventive maintenance. Must follow safety rules in a manufacturing environment, attach identification tags, and ensure quality finished or semifinished parts. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work a 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday shift. High School Diploma or GED required; strong knowledge of production techniques and continuous improvement practices expected.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a continual basis
- Some knowledge of a manufacturing environment
- Mobility – Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, bending, etc.
