Job Summary
Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines while troubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance to ensure continued production line operation. Inspect bottle quality during production, packaging, and labeling through drop tests and audits, immediately escalating defects and adjusting machines to meet product specifications. Monitor supply levels, replenish packaging materials, and prepare daily production reports documenting rejects, regrinds, and line efficiencies. Maintain a clutter-free work area, adhere to safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices, and participate in continuous improvement processes. Perform minor repairs on support equipment and document maintenance requests.

- Must be able to inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging and labeling
- Must be able to perform audits, weights and quality checks

- Must be able to immediately escalate all bottle abnormalities, defects and quality issues
- Must be able to monitor supply levels of packaging materials and replenish as needed
- Must be able to pick up dropped bottles, place into bins and if needed into grinder
- Must be able to ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product
- Must be able to move finished goods to designated area
- Must be able to prepare & document daily production reports
- Must be able to prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs
- Must be able to receive instructions on specific job task by Lead Operator or Supervisor
- Must be able to apply sound professional judgment
