Job Summary

Set up and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures, performing routine maintenance and safety checks to ensure equipment readiness. Monitor operations continuously to verify product quality standards and conduct regular in-process inspections. Troubleshoot equipment issues, make necessary adjustments, and record production data, machine settings, and quality metrics. Adhere to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company guidelines while maintaining a clean work area. Stand for 8–10-hour shifts and work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to meet attendance expectations
  • Able to work overtime shifts
  • Must be able to successfully pass e-Verify background check
  • Must be able to learn and manufacture high quality output and meet minimum production requirements and perform all relative work instructions accurately within training period
  • Must be able to learn all manufacturing units, and willing to train others as needed
  • Ability to stand for an 8–10-hour shift
  • Ability to read and interpret gauges and record measurements
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), operating and maintenance instructions, and any relevant manuals
  • Ability to speak and read English effectively
