Job Summary
Operate printing/finishing machinery to maintain print and seam quality, remove defective material and splice web per specifications, and palletize finished rolls. Record data in Globetek and in designated paperwork; assist with special projects; handle tools (ruler, safety knife, hole punch) as needed; must be able to perform basic math for label counts and unit conversions and use Windows-based applications. Requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Position offers hourly pay of $19-$22 with a comprehensive benefits package and paid holidays. Office location: Algoma, WI, USA; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide and perform unit conversions
- Basic printing/seam understanding
- Ability to use Windows-based applications
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience recording data in company systems (Globetek)
- Ability to operate in a manufacturing setting and follow specifications
- Attention to quality and defect handling
- Ability to participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is not required but a bonus
