Job Summary
Operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture automotive parts, perform basic adjustments, maintain production records, and ensure safety and quality. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends. Shifts include early morning, afternoon, and late-night options with corresponding hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machinery operation and safety practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, if necessary
