Job Summary
Operate plant production equipment safely to meet performance expectations; perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery; complete quality checks per established procedures; participate in routine sanitation processes using specific chemicals; follow Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements; communicate with the Team Lead and Maintenance to address equipment issues promptly; complete other tasks or projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of machine operator experience
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willing to work a rotating day-shift schedule of 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (three weeks Monday–Wednesday followed by three weeks Thursday–Saturday)
- Potential to work Sundays depending on production needs
