Machine Operator 1 Vanes - 1st Shift (Onsite)

Operate a variety of production machines to produce blades, perform complex operations, and maintain acceptable quality levels on routine and/or complex tasks. Read and interpret process sheets, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and conduct daily Total Preventative Maintenance while documenting results. Transport product and equipment weighing up to 10 pounds, keep the work area clean, and train new employees through shadowing. Demonstrate effective leadership skills and identify root causes of operational problems. This role requires shift work and ability to work overtime when needed.
