Job Summary
Operate production machinery to meet specifications: set up and run assigned equipment, monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure proper handling and recording of materials. Read and interpret tape measures and setup documentation; inspect print quality and registration lines; maintain records of roll weights, material usage, and production activity. Perform basic adjustments, clear jams, and assist with routine machine maintenance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors or maintenance; complete production and quality documentation; perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math, measurement, and mechanical aptitude required
- Read and interpret production instructions and specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
