Job Summary
Machine Operator 1 on the Weekend Night Shift (Friday night through Monday morning, 6:00pm–6:30am) operates a variety of production machines to manufacture blades and/or vanes, performs routine and complex operations per standard work, reads process sheets, uses measuring devices, records data on run charts, conducts quality checks, and maintains a clean, safe workspace (5S). The role requires traveling around the machine line, performing TPM, labor clocking in Solumina, and supporting department objectives with possible overtime. Requires High School Diploma/GED and U.S. citizenship; previous manufacturing experience or advanced manufacturing certification is preferred (2+ years). Onsite role at Pratt Whitney Blvd, Asheville, NC, with no remote work option.
