Job Summary
On production line, operate and set up multiple product lines (blade/vanes) with TPM, 6S, and quality checks; read process sheets, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, clock labor in Solumina, train others via shadowing, and maintain safe, clean work areas while meeting production rates and quality targets. Requires ability to work overtime, occupy 90% of time moving along the line, and demonstrate leadership and problem-solving to support department objectives.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
