Job Summary
Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections for quality and perform basic preventative maintenance on sealing machine equipment. Monitor production and observe equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation while managing waste through a scale system. Execute basic troubleshooting, maintain a clean environment, and enforce the 5S Methodology for tools and machinery. Communicate with associates to maintain product quality standards. Work in a cold, wet, fast-paced 24-hour plant environment, lifting up to 50lbs and traversing between the maintenance shop and production floor.
