Job Summary
Machine Operator 1 on the Blades Grind Line (AWW2 Weekend Night Shift) performing routine operations on production machines, producing blades and conducting quality checks on the production line. Requires ability to read drawings/sketches, use precision measuring instruments, apply shop math (decimals/fractions), and follow work instructions. Shift work with overtime potential; training available across shifts (1st/2nd/AWW1). Knowledge of metal cutting, machining, fabrication, tooling, and general machine shop practices is expected. onsite role based in Asheville, NC with U.S. citizenship requirement for access to program-related information. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous Manufacturing experience or education or Advanced Manufacturing Certification
