Job Summary
Operate a variety of production machines to produce blades and perform all quality checks while reading and interpreting process sheets. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance, documenting results and keeping the work area clean. Train new employees through shadowing and offer guidance on complex operations, while maintaining acceptable quality levels across multiple product cells. Work on the production line with shift work and ability to work overtime when needed.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- U.S. citizenship
- More than two (2) years working experience
- demonstrated ability to effectively manage production work activities
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field
