Job Summary
Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery, load raw materials, perform basic setups and adjustments, monitor the production process, troubleshoot minor machine issues, record production data, maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs or increase productivity. This role is an entry-level Machine Operator I with potential advancement toward Machine Operator II and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read manuals/schematics, strong attention to detail, and effective communication within a team.
