Job Summary
Install, service, and repair CNC machines, electric motors, and industrial equipment while performing scheduled maintenance on production lines. Diagnose faulty electrical and mechanical components, use gages and test instruments to identify malfunctions, and work at the component level for spindles, bearings, and alignment. Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical parts using hand and power tools, replacing fuses and circuit breakers per electrical specifications. Assist in creating, verifying, and implementing standard operating procedures. Move and replace machinery using certified forklifts and dollies. Requires 6+ years of CNC maintenance experience and proficiency in advanced troubleshooting. Required Qualifications
- 6 or more years of CNC Maintenance experience
- Proficiency in the use and navigation of CNC machine controls
- Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics of CNC machine controls and components
- Proficiency in the creation of SOP
- Proficiency in mechanical and controls calibration standards and methods
- Proficient with hand tools and the ability to read precision measuring hand tools
- attainment of proper certifications
