Job Summary
Machine Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventive maintenance, machine adjustments, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates within strict specifications. Supports production reliability by monitoring machine settings, gauges, sensors, and feeding systems while collaborating with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. Performs scheduled maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspection), adjusts/maintains parts feeders, monitors gauges and sensors, conducts quality checks for micron-level accuracy, troubleshoots equipment issues involving photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and solenoid valves, supports automated inspection machines as needed, collaborates with teammates to maintain equipment availability, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and maintains accurate maintenance and inspection records while following safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician
- Experience in manufacturing or high-speed production environments
- Experience adjusting parts feeders
- Knowledge of photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and solenoid valves
- Experience with automated inspection equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Proficiency in English
- Basic mathematical skills
