Job Summary
Perform machine change overs and set ups while installing, moving, troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and adjusting production equipment to prevent downtime. Communicate proper usage techniques to operators for optimal production and ensure preventative maintenance and safety inspections are completed. Continuously update knowledge on equipment and industry specifications. Requires light electrical and computer skills, strong mechanical aptitude, and 3+ years of production equipment experience. Available for mandatory Saturdays and overtime during busy season.
Required Qualifications
- Light electrical skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Great time management and organizational skills
- 3 + years previous work experience on production equipment/machines
- Ability to exercise good independent judgment
- Ability to effectively communicate with management, co-workers, vendors and suppliers
- Demonstrates exemplary work ethic; dependable and punctual
- Must be available to work mandatory overtime including Saturdays
- Must be able to pass background check including drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish not mandatory but a plus
