Job Summary
Maintain and repair injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 1500T, including supporting equipment like conveyors, grinders, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot robots, PLCs, and vision systems, while constructing tooling for manufacturing assembly equipment. Read schematics and blueprints to perform repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems up to 480v, documenting all activities to meet TS/ISO compliance. Work independently in a clean, climate-controlled production floor environment, with regular on-site attendance and overtime availability. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read schematics
- Capable of wiring electrical circuits and performing plumbing installations
- Experience in Injection Molding
- Good communication and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Previous experience or education in industrial hydraulics, electricity up to 480v, and machinery
- Must be willing to work overtime when scheduled
- Regular on-site attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree in mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred
