Job Summary
Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and facility systems, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on machinery, including CNC equipment, and rebuild components like motors, pumps, and bearings. Install, repair, rebuild, and relocate precision machining equipment while connecting wiring, hydraulic lines, and related components during installation projects. Set up and operate machines to verify conformance of machined parts to specifications and fabricate replacement or custom parts needed for equipment repairs. Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of machining-equipment maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of Electronics
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs
- Strong working knowledge of Pneumatics
- Strong working knowledge of Hydraulics
- Strong working knowledge of Motors and bearings
- Strong working knowledge of Three-phase electrical wiring
- Solid understanding of maintenance procedures, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance methods, tools, practices, and safety standards
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 9 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field
