Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repair solutions while responding promptly to emergency requests. Collaborate with production teams to schedule activities with minimal disruption, maintain accurate records of repairs and parts inventory, and provide technical training to operators. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards throughout all tasks. This role requires a high school diploma, three years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with diagnostic tools, with availability for various shifts and emergency calls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices
- Familiarity with using diagnostic tools and equipment for maintenance tasks
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills for reporting and documentation purposes
- Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
